Abstract
The global business landscape is facing significant geopolitical volatility. Events such as the United States (US) tariff impositions, the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict, climate-induced disasters, and a surge in cybersecurity attacks are reshaping trade flows, disrupting supply chains and altering investor confidence. In such a climate, agility is no longer optional; it is a strategic necessity. This article introduces a four-pillar framework for leadership agility, offering actionable strategies designed to help leaders transform geopolitical risks into opportunities and build resilient organisations that navigate uncertainty with confidence.
