Research biography
My research interests are primarily in the areas of International Trade, Impact of Trade Agreements on Businesses, Services Trade, Non-tariff measures and Non-tariff barriers, Agriculture Trade, Supply and Regional Value Chains, Development economics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Quantitative Methods, Research methods, Public policy, and Tourism economics.
I have capacity to supervise as Principal Supervisor and Associate Supervisor at Master of Management, Doctor of Business Administration, and Doctor of Philosophy level, across any of the topics identified in my research interests. That is, International Trade, Impact of Trade Agreements on Businesses, Services Trade, Non-tariff measures and Non-tariff barriers, Agriculture Trade, Supply and Regional Value Chains, Development economics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Quantitative Methods, Research methods, Public policy, and Tourism economics. My present principal doctoral supervisions are in the areas of Cloud Computing (with Dr Kavita Goel) and effectiveness of boards in Thailand (with Dr Donald Winchester). I am an Associate Supervisor on a panel that looks at Peer to Peer Financing in Australia (with Dr Shrimal Perera). I am presently seeking expressions of interest at the Master or Doctoral level in relation to conducting research on any international trade related topics.
