My research is anchored in the overarching theme of Leadership and its multifaceted applications across diverse domains. With a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurial Leadership from the University of Essex, I am curious about how various dimensions of leadership impact and shape outcomes in entrepreneurship, organizational behaviour, and educational institutions.
