Research biography

I am a Lecturer at the Australian Institute of Business and my specialisation is leadership. I completed my PhD in Business Management (Area of Research: Leadership) from RMIT University on International Postgraduate Research Scholarship. My research concentrates on positive organisational psychology, examining phenomena like thriving, virtuousness, positive leadership, and engagement. My research interests include understanding factors that develop positive and good leadership. I am also interested in the following research themes: leader and follower relationship, diversity in leadership, divide in leadership positions based on gender, positive organisational practices, and migrant assimilation into the employment market.

My research aligns with the University’s research theme of Contemporary Workplace and Leadership. I have worked with academics globally and have a couple of projects in the pipeline. I am a quantitative researcher and I have published in esteemed journal outlets.
