Research biography

The vital role of honest communication, trust and a strong value system in organisations is a recurrent theme in my work from enhancing adaptive capability in complex systems to creating a culture of integrity. My work has been published in peer reviewed journals and incorporated into industry relevant outcomes.   My research with colleagues is referred to on the Australian Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) guidance on good practice in academic integrity.
