Research biography
Ms. Phuong is an independent expert in international trade and investment. Currently, she is involved in several research projects with the ADB and ITC. With over 16 years of experience at the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, she was responsible for overseeing various international trade issues that could potentially affect Vietnamese businesses. Her extensive work experience includes implementing and managing funded projects, as well as conducting research and providing consultancy services in the field of international trade and investment. She is also the author of a series of publications, notably handbooks aimed at helping businesses understand and leverage Vietnam's commitments under the WTO and Free Trade Agreements.
