Parth is an interdisciplinary qualitative researcher with roots in international work and organisations whose research examines the human dimensions of global, societal, and institutional change across diverse international contexts. His work adopts a cross-national and comparative perspective to explore issues relating to work, mobility, wellbeing, organisations, and workforce experiences across different regions of the world. He has successfully supervised a PhD candidate to completion and is currently supervising several higher degree research (HDR) candidates. He welcomes enquiries from prospective HDR candidates interested in pursuing research aligned with his areas of expertise and research interests at AIB.
