Personal profile

Research biography

I am the Associate Dean at AIB, and my research centres around leadership and the unintended outcomes of good practices in workplaces and organisations. I obtained my PhD on servant leadership, employee engagement, and workplace deviant behaviours from Monash University in 2014. While my work mainly draws on the concept of servant leadership, I have also researched the dark triad of personality, the management of change, workplace deviant behaviours, high-performance work systems, international students, and the role of faith at work.

My research focuses mainly on quantitative research methods, and I have published in outlets such as The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, Personnel Review, and The Conversation among others.
