Research biography
I am a Lecturer (Human Resources Discipline) at AIB.
With two research degrees, a PhD in Applied Economics (international trade regulation) from the Centre for Regulation and Market Analysis, University of South Australia, and an M. Phil in Management (international competitiveness), I am interested in interdisciplinary research to address the challenges facing the business in the new millennium. As an experienced researcher, I am currently involved with several projects, including managerial performance in the age of digital disruption, the notion of system of innovation for low-tech industry, the impact of universal patent regime on developing countries, and the ethical aspects of product design and manufacturing.
