Research biography
My research focus lies in the area of leadership, human resource management, and employment relations, especially as they intersect with workforce diversity issues.
I have co-authored research papers with a specific focus on the underrepresentation of women in senior executive positions, and my research expertise and interest spans across different topics such as:

• Diversity in leadership

• Minority entrepreneurship
• Inclusive leadership.
