Supervisor expertise

I have the capacity to supervise at the Master, DBA, and PhD levels, across any of the topics identified in my research interests. My current supervision is in the area of women's career progression in the Australian mining industry and the role of sport participation on health and wellbeing of the aging population. Overall, I am interested in projects when intersecting with different forms of diversity with a focus on delivering high-quality research for the social good.

Research biography

My research focus lies in the area of leadership, human resource management, and employment relations, especially as they intersect with workforce diversity issues. 
I have co-authored research papers with a specific focus on the underrepresentation of women in senior executive positions, and my research expertise and interest spans across different topics such as:

• Diversity in leadership

• Inclusive leadership.
