Research interests
My research interests primarily revolve around HR practices, leadership, and employee attitudes and behaviors. Specifically, I am intrigued by the future demands in the HR space and the evolving nature of leadership, including the significance of inclusive leadership. I am interested in investigating how these factors influence employees' attitudes and behaviors across various work settings. Relevant to the above research interests, I am also interested to explore the impact of disruptive events and migration on the work environment, addressing the challenges faced by both employers and employees.
