Research biography

Before joining the Australian Institute of Business as a Lecturer in Leadership, I have worked at Flinders University and University of South Australia.  My work experiences in many food-processing companies such as Nestle, and Kerry Ingredients has triggered my research interest in ' 'employee's behaviour and attitudes and further looked at the organisational factors that contribute to these behaviours and attitudes. More recently, my research is interests are based on issues migrant workforce face especially related to accent-based discrimination.
