I am a workforce transformation specialist and researcher focused on building inclusive, future-ready workforces. I hold a PhD in Human Resources, examining how local governments manage the impact of 4IR technologies on workforce structures and skills. My research interests include digital transformation in organisations, strategic workforce planning, human-centric change management, multigenerational teams, organisational resilience, and inclusive approaches to workforce development.
