Research biography

I am a qualified academic who previously held appointments at Flinders University and the University of South Australia. My teaching and research focus is in the area of Human Resource Management. I was awarded my doctorate in the year 2013. The topic of my research was "Motivation through a quality circle system in expansion of an industry”. I have a successful career in teaching at all levels including postgraduate level. I have over a decade of experience in academic teaching, research, supervision and leadership. My recent research is related to accent-based discrimination at workplace and its psychological impacts.

In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
