Research biography
Ali is an accomplished IT and immigration expert with over 20 years of experience in software engineering, entrepreneurship, business, and the immigration sector. He is a licensed immigration specialist by the Australian and New Zealand Immigration Departments. As an Immigration Specialist and Strategy Consultant, he provides precise and current information and strategic guidance to clients regarding immigration policies, procedures, and regulations. Ali has several academic qualifications in migration, including a Master's degree in Australian Migration Law, a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law, and an Advanced Certificate in US Immigration Law.
Based on his vast experience in the legal and immigration industry and as part of his doctoral thesis at AIB, he discovered a significant gap in the legal sector. The rapid advancement of technology and global changes have shifted most transactions to an online environment. However, many law firms, particularly in immigration legal matters, still struggle to establish trust with potential clients in a digital and online space.
His doctorate thesis is titled "Business-Customer Trust, Culture, and Purchase Intentions in an Online Environment: An Exploratory Case Study of Law Firms."
