Research biography

With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate and property sector, Adam brings expertise across both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations. Adam has a unique understanding of the challenges and differences working across commercial & NFP. He has experience in leadership, risk & compliance, strategy, mergers & acquisitions and governance. Adam completed his MBA in 2021 with his project focused on corporate governance. He has since gone on to complete the Company Directors course. His career passion centres around helping other people, delivering property solutions for purpose and leading teams in the for-purpose space to deliver on outcomes for clients and the community. With an extensive background in community services and aged care, Adam is now the CEO of a NFP disability housing provider in Sydney. Looking to undertake further study, Adam has now enrolled in the Doctor of Business Administration with AIB where his research will focus on corporate governance in Australian not-for-profit organisations.
